FM07-A Female Use Urine collector pump with 7 x Female External Catheter sample-DISPOSABLE

I love the product and it’s been working really well, but there’s one flaw. The hose is getting disconnected at the catheter right where the Y is connecting into the catheter from the main hose. It’s too loose and not much jarring pulls it out using the hs80089A
As the care provider, I noticed the pump was continually running, so I looked closely at the connection and noticed that it had pulled easily from the catheter itself the pump sensing the moisture continues to run, but there’s no suction because of the disconnection

This unit works very well, I had some issues with it and was able to contact customer service via the QR code on top of the unit, and they responded immediately via WhatsApp and walked me through troubleshooting. Unit is not working perfectly. Great customer service.

Bought this for my mother who has Parkinson's, and it has made managing her nighttime care so much easier. It is much quieter than the hospital-grade name brand we used to have. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the sensor requires very precise placement to detect urine effectively. Once positioned correctly, it's a perfect solution.

Works good just what I needed

As the caregiver for my wife I've had to choose what method to use for my wife's incontinence. For 14 months she used a Purewick device which ran continuously which she didn't like. Using the Hoomsoins device collection is initiated only when urine is present. I've found that the long catheters don't activate all the time and the bedding gets wet. Using the smaller rectangle catheters is much more effective collecting 500 to 700 milliliters of urine during the night. I wish that all the catheters I initially received were the smaller rectangle version.

This machine has been a blessing for our family. My mother has a limb defect and struggled with mobility, but this external catheter allows her to sleep through the night without discomfort or anxiety. The setup is straightforward, and the quiet operation is a huge plus. Thank you for making such a great product!

This pump has good suction and keeps my bedridden client comfortable. The sensor is smart and only turns on when needed, which saves battery. I took off one star because finding replacement parts outside of HOOMSOINS can be difficult, and the fit needs to be exact to prevent leaks. But overall, it's a very helpful device.
