Refund & Return Policy – HOOMSOINS™ by HOOMSOINS INC

We want you to be satisfied with your HOOMSOINS™ System. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

Return Eligibility

Only unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. HOOMSOINS™ does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact HOOMSOINS™ Customer Care by email at Steven@hoomsoins.care (Mon–Fri 9 AM–8 PM ET; Sat 9 AM–3 PM ET).

When contacting us, please have your order details ready, including:

Order number
Item(s) purchased
Shipping and billing information

In some cases, you may also be asked to send photos or a short video of the item(s), clearly showing the product and its condition. Please include your order number in your email to help us process your request efficiently.

Note:

If you have your order confirmation or shipping email, you can simply reply directly to that email. Please let us know whether the item has been opened or used, and attach a few photos of the product.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds may take up to 60 business days to process and reflect on your original payment method.

Warranty Information

The HOOMSOINS™ Urine Collection System (excluding any battery, if included) is covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.
