Order Changes

One of our Customer Care Specialists may be able to assist with changes to your order before it ships. Please text 951-365-2198 from 9 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday, or 9 AM to 3 PM ET on Saturday. Have your item(s), shipping, and billing information ready.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via FedEx for standard delivery. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your package will be delivered through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery Time & Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance.
