Can I make changes or cancel my order once it’s confirmed?
One of our Customer Care Specialists can look into making changes to an order. Please send an email to Steven@hoomsoins.care with the following information: the item(s) you ordered, as well as your shipping and billing details. Our team will assist you during business hours—Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM ET, and Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM ET.
What method of delivery should I expect?
Your order will be shipped via FedEx unless shipping to a PO Box, which will be delivered through USPS (United States Postal Service).
What if my HOOMSOINS™ System is damaged when it’s delivered?
If your HOOMSOINS™ System arrives damaged, please send an email to Steven@hoomsoins.care from 9 AM to 8 PM ET Monday through Friday or from 9 AM to 3 PM ET on Saturday to describe the damages and find out how to get a replacement. Please include the item(s) you ordered, along with your shipping and billing information.
What if my order never gets delivered?
One of our Customer Care Specialists will review the details of your order and help to track it. Please have your order details on hand when you email Steven@hoomsoins.care.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Any unopened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.If you need to return HOOMSOINS™ System supplies, please contact us via WhatsApp between 9 AM and 8 PM ET Monday through Friday, or between 9 AM and 3 PM ET on Saturday. How soon will I get my refund?
If you’re receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take up to 10 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.

What is the warranty on the HOOMSOINS™ System?
RUIPU USA INC. warrants to the original purchaser of the HOOMSOINS™ Urine Collection System that the product (but not its battery, if one is included) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.For all warranty issues, please send a text message to 1-951-365-2198.
How can I get replacement canister and tubing?
Replacing the canister and tubing every 60 days is recommended for optimal performance. You can order replacement canister and tubing from the Accessories page.
